Our role is to pass your request to painting pros, so most of what we hold is what you choose to send.
Terra Nova Trading LLC ("we", "us") runs the site. Our mailing address is 4902 Chase Ct, St. Cloud, FL 34772.
Your information is used to match your request with painting pros and to reply to you.
It is also used to document your consent, filter out fake or automated submissions, and maintain the site.
Each request is forwarded to up to three painting pros, with your name, phone, email and message.
Those pros are separate companies; after they receive your information, their own policies govern what they do with it.
Companies that host the site, deliver calls, texts and email, and run the AI model used by the chat handle data on our behalf, for those purposes only.
We will disclose information if legally required, and when needed to handle fraud, abuse or security threats.
Pros may pay us for referrals or for access to requests; where state law treats that as a "sale" or "share" of personal information, see the state section below for how to opt out.
By checking the consent box you agreed that up to three pros may reach out to you by phone, text and email about your request, including with automated technology.
Consent is not a condition of getting help, and message and data rates may apply.
Send STOP to end texts from a sender, or HELP for assistance. Each sender must be told separately.
Chat, call and visit logs are deleted once they are 24 months old.
Requests and the record of your consent are kept for 5 years, which lets us show that you consented, and are then deleted or stripped of identifying details.
You may request earlier deletion.
We use reasonable measures to secure the information we hold.
No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute protection.
This site is intended for adult visitors, not children under 13.
We do not knowingly collect their information, and if you think a child has sent us some, contact us and we will delete it.
You may ask to see, fix or delete your information, or to stop us sharing it with pros.

Florida residents: calls and texts are sent only with the consent you provided here, which you may withdraw by replying STOP. Whether or not a particular state privacy statute applies to us, we will act on access and deletion requests as described above.
